Are you opening any other locations?

We have no future plans for additional locations. The Store is a destination, and its connection to our main operation and facilities is what allows you access to our exclusive products.

Are any of your steaks mechanically tenderized?

Never.

Are your prices cheaper than in retail stores?

Most of our products and pack sizes are not typical of something you could buy in a conventional retail store, so a like-for-like comparison is tricky — but the quality and value are exceptional.

Do you sell Fresh products or only frozen at The Store?

Currently we are selling only frozen products. Everything is flash-frozen at the peak of freshness, so quality is locked in and it’s ready whenever you are.

Are you selling the same steaks & seafood that’s sold to restaurants?

Yes — much of what we carry is the very same restaurant-grade product, including:

Dry-aged and AAA steaks
Wild-caught and sustainably sourced seafood
Custom cuts available on request

Do you only take credit/debit card?

Yes. We also have a gift card for The Store.
